TELL US A BIT ABOUT VVAST

vvast has a unique digital approach to working with high growth, often listed brands to drive insight through data founded on a mantra of relentless R&D. Our clients are mainly US sports and lifestyle brands, and we provide them with the D2C launchpad to do just that. We forge long-term strategic relationships focused on driving sales and building brand equity.

Over the past few years we’ve developed a tried and tested model across three core pillars of Trading, Transaction and Traction. This ensures we deliver value through the entire purchase cycle; from managing our clients’ supply chains and merchandising, to increasing conversion and leveraging brand engagement.

vvast’s approach has been dubbed next generation D2C as we evolve to Direct for Consumer (D4C). A commitment to genuine, deep relationships with our customers, adding value at every touchpoint. It’s a smart model that keeps on improving be it via a direct ecommerce website, Marketplace such as Amazon or a Bricks and Mortar store.

Where in Bristol are you based and what’s your team like?

We’re based on Redcliffe Way, along the waterfront and have been here for a couple of years now. We’re glad to all be back in the office post-pandemic. It’s a fantastic spot in the heart of the business district, just a stone’s throw from St Nicks market, the waterfront and, of course, Finzels Reach.

We are a dynamic team and love a good social. We have some high-performance sport enthusiasts so there’s a big surf lifestyle culture, with everyone enjoying the green and blue space around Bristol.

What's your involvement with the BID?

We’re on the first step in our journey of getting involved with the BID. We’re really keen to support as we love what the BID does, and we’re looking forward to taking advantage of the free lunchtime events as they’ll be a great employee incentive.

What do you love about Bristol?

Bristol has a great energy – it is creative and truly innovative and collaborative. There’s always something fresh happening or a new initiative to explore. It’s not quite like other city centres, there is an edgy vibe but blended with a laid back feel. There are always  interesting things going on. I love seeing new events launching and people working together to constantly improve the great Bristol city we all love.
