Did you know that Bristol is the 7th worst place out of 348 districts in England and Wales for black minority groups to live and thrive?
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) is a collective issue for businesses in the city. To play our part in addressing this, we have teamed up with Babbasa to support businesses within the BID area with EDI.
As we launch this partnership, we invite you to a lunch meeting to learn more about about the equality gap which exists within Bristol and how businesses can help close this gap. Plus, there will be a unique opportunity to sign up to receive a free, workplace review and a bespoke inclusion development plan.
Speakers include Babbasa team members Sangeetha Wynter (Training & Inclusion Manager) and Urfan Ali (Senior Associate and Advisor).
Opportunity to network with other local businesses in a relaxed setting, whilst enjoying a complimentary light lunch.
Babbasa is a Queen’s Award-winning social enterprise founded in 2013 to tackle the rising youth unemployment, educational underachievement and decline in aspirations in Bristol’s diverse young communities. In 2021 Babbasa launched their Recruitment & Inclusion Services (BRIS) to support organisations to diversify their workforces and create inclusive work environments.
