Deb trained as a fashion and textile designer at St Martin’s School of Art in London. She has been designing and making wedding dresses for the last 30 years. Three years ago she started doing a drawing a day. The aim of this was initially to learn to draw on the iPad. As time went on however she began to really enjoy the stimulation and the creativity of this daily discipline and seeing the world in a different way. As a result of this she started to do drawings and paintings in mixed media. Now Deb has a wealth of ideas, paintings drawings and digital art. She is mainly inspired by the shapes, patterns and colours of the natural world.
