We are delighted to have teamed up with Babbasa, the award winning social enterprise based in Bristol.

Starting this September, we are delighted to have teamed up with Babbasa, the award winning social enterprise based in Bristol. Babbasa is dedicated to empowering young individuals from ethnic minority and low-income backgrounds in pursuing their professional aspirations. Together, we are embarking on a mission to promote diversity and inclusion (EDI) within our local business community.

Our partnership will facilitate opportunities for businesses to engage with Babbasa, enabling them to identify and address their EDI needs. This approach involves assessing existing practices, processes, policies, and systems. As well as crafting tailor-made EDI development plans, which may also include support for the recruitment of underrepresented young talent.

To mark the beginning of this impactful partnership, we are excited to invite all businesses in the area to join us at our Creating Inclusive Workspaces events. These gatherings will serve as the launchpad for our collaboration, providing valuable insights and resources for fostering diversity and inclusion within your organisation.

You can choose between our breakfast or lunch launch event to accommodate your schedule, ensuring that as many businesses as possible can participate in this crucial project. Together, we can pave the way for a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable future in Bristol’s professional landscape. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of positive change in our community!

Steve Bluff, Head of Redcliffe & Temple BID

We are really looking forward to working with the excellent team at Babbasa to give our business community the opportunity to explore and improve their EDI practices. We have invested in Babbasa’s Inclusion Health Checks and recruitment support for selected businesses who have the appetite to see positive change. This on going programme will support our vision for creating a safe and caring community within Redcliffe and Temple.

Matt Rogers, Babbasa

We're excited to be working in partnership with the Redcliffe & Temple BID to increase inclusion and representation across local businesses. Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is a collective issue for businesses in the area, and we look forward to working collaboratively to address this. Join us, and be part of the change.
