July was a busy month for the cleansing team with the arrival of the summer holidays and the busy Bristol Harbour Festival weekend. The team responded to 10 requests from local businesses to provide additional support and conduct dedicated deep cleans following the hot weather.

On their weekly cleansing rounds across Victoria Street, Portwall Lane, Temple Bridge underpass and other BID area hotspots, the team covered a total of 357 miles to keep business fronts gleaming. Deep clean locations this month included the Ibis Hotel, The Fleece, and Avon Fire and Rescue Service Temple Station.

The team were also busy keeping Glass Wharf spotless for our outdoor furniture and games and watering our Love Bristol Planters and green wall across the area.
