With spring drawing to a close and summer on its way, our cleansing team have had a busy month keeping the city sparkling for residents and visitors.
Covering 295 miles on their cleansing rounds, the team responded to 6 business requests and conducted deep cleans across Broad Plain, Temple Way pavements, and St Mary Redcliffe Church. The team conducted dedicated sticker removal from street furniture to ensure the area is spotless for those enjoying the summer months outdoors.
The team removed 185 items of graffiti from the area this month, bringing the total for the BID year to 1027! Please report any unwanted graffiti to help us tackle prolific graffiti in the city and make the space cleaner for all.
With the arrival of the warmer months, the cleansing team have also taken on watering duties for the BID planters across the area, including our new green wall on Redcliff Street.
