BID Lead

As the spooky season comes to an end, we’d like to celebrate our cleansing team’s hard work this October. Richard and Martin have worked tirelessly this month, helping to deep clean the bus stops along Victoria Street, the Ibis Hotel and HMRC.

This month we have seen an increase in business community cleansing requests, with the team responding quickly to 11 businesses in total. It’s fantastic to be able to offer this free service to our Redcliffe & Temple businesses, helping to keep our streets clean!

A whopping 191 items of unwanted graffiti were removed this month, from an astounding 141 locations. This brings our year to date total to 1321 items from 1026 locations across the Redcliffe & Temple BID area alone. To help us reduce prolific graffiti in the city, please report  criminal damage to the police via their online reporting system.

287 miles were covered in the van and the team were so helpful in cleaning the area where our Summer on the Quay furniture had been, doing a brilliant job at restoring the area to how it was prior!

As always we would like to thank Richard and Martin for doing an outstanding job. Their work is very much appreciated and the area would not be the same without them!
