Weekly youth services available in Bristol City Centre, Redcliffe & Temple and Broadmead

Learn about the meaningful impact central Bristol youth organisations are making to our communities.

17/03/2025

Central Bristol has an array of excellent charities and youth groups dedicated to supporting, nurturing and offering a safe, open space to young people in the area. As part of our ‘Youth Services Awareness Day’, we wanted to highlight and celebrate some of these organisations…

Creative Youth Network

Creative Youth Network is a charity working across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. CYN is England’s first and only organisation to receive ‘outstanding’ status – the National Youth Agency’s highest award for youth work. Last year they worked with over 6,000 young people across the region, running youth centres and offering various support services and activities.

The Station is Bristol’s Central Youth Hub, running a session every night, Monday to Friday.  It is a community built by and for young people: a welcoming and inclusive place, bringing together young people aged 11-25 from across Bristol and beyond.

Horn Youth Concern Bristol

Horn Youth Concern create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for young people in the area. By focusing on tackling antisocial behaviour (ASB) and youth violence, the St Pauls-based organisation aim to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the community.

Through a dedicated presence and proactive engagement, HYC are committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with local businesses and young people; utilising collaboration to ensure that their initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of all community members.
