Date
April 2025

April is Stress Awareness Month, an annual initiative dedicated to highlighting the impact of stress on mental health and exploring ways to manage it. The arrival of Stress Awareness Month reminds us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and prioritise our wellbeing.

Sometimes, the demands of life can leave us feeling anxious or overwhelmed. There’s never a perfect time to focus on your wellbeing, so why not start now? 2025 marks our third year supporting Stress Awareness Month, and this year, we’re making it bigger and better than ever. Throughout April, we’ll be hosting stress-relieving events, exclusively available for our business community.

With a carefully curated programme designed with you in mind, we’re excited to partner with levy paying businesses to showcase their services. Whether you’re looking to move more, slow down, or simply step away from your busy day, we invite you to join us this April to relax, recharge, and try something new with our 20 Days of Calm event series.

Stress relieving events

‘20 Days of Calm’ is aimed at helping you and your team unwind and de-stress this April and beyond. From rejuvenating yoga sessions to opportunities to connect with nature, explore what’s on and get involved.
